Markwell Estates is a registered Zambian property development and management company headquartered in Kalumbila District, Northwestern Province. We develop, furnish and manage serviced residential properties for professionals, contractors, expatriates and families working in and around the district.
Kalumbila is home to one of Africa’s largest copper mines and a rapidly growing support economy. Demand for quality, reliable accommodation has consistently outpaced supply. Markwell Estates exists to close that gap — with properly managed, professionally furnished properties that give guests confidence from day one.
From a single studio to a family three-bedroom, from one night to a multi-year lease — we handle the accommodation so our guests can focus entirely on the work that brought them here.
